CLIENTS & Partners

The first context of our projects is the “economical crisis” and the urgent need for change. The crisis is hitting some countries more than others, some regions more than some others, but is globally affecting the average citizen’s perception (mental models) of the means on how to analyse, react and propose solutions to overcome the crisis. In other words it engenders a vicious negative circle linked to fatalism that - unless Europe gets out of it - could paralyze the average citizen and reduce the rate of innovation and of entrepreneurship in the future.
We see our mission as to assist in developing a “constructive model” that will help the average citizen to (a) avoid falling in this above risky spiral of paralysis; (b) be empowered in initiating concrete innovative actions and in developing a virtuous cycle within their Region.

Our second project context is about empowering women from developing countries to create change in their conditions. We are currently developing a learning solution to enable women from Ethiopia to initiate and lead changes in their communities regarding healthy best practices for themselves and their children. We are describing this project in our new blog section. It is transferable to other countries by adapting to local conditions.

Our third project is a Belgian projects that I have decided to actively support, called "Duo For A Job". DUO for a JOB facilitates intergenerational mentoring, by putting in contactimmigrant youth seeking for employment with experienced professionals in (early) retirement who can support them in their job search. The association is currently working with young job seekers newly arrived in Belgium (mainly refugees), and will progressively offer its services to all immigrant youth in 2014. Mentoring also offers the opportunity to build intergenerational and intercultural links, thus reinforcing social cohesion in Brussels.

Our forth project purpose is to see the Meise Botanic Garden’s Scientists recognized as a team of added-value Partners by Industries (using plants as part of their core strategies) to the point of investing financially to support projects. Our Team’s motivation is to be a role model in displaying adaptive leadership competencies, as “change agents” to the Meise Botanic Garden, and later on to all our clients.
